Product in Crate Washer – PICW

The HiTec product in crate washer (PICW) is perfect for those type of products that are in a crate already and needs to be washed. When in crate on the belt, the product is being washed by spraying from the top and with support from airflow under the crates. The two side by side lanes ensure a proper washing of the products. When placed on the polymer chain, the crates are being transported through the machine. With a water basin under and extra nozzles above the product gets a gentle handling. At the outfeed is a fresh water spraying bar to rinse the product with fresh water. The used water flows back into the washer. A small buffer is included to hold up to 2 x 4 washed crates of product. The pump system circulates the water thru a filter screen. The automatic water filling system secures the pomp with a safety level The electrical cabinet is mounted on the machine with start/stop control and chain speed. Emergency stops are on the in- and outfeed. The airblower is mounted near the washer and has a stainless steel cover. The machine is made of Stainless steel(304) and food grade polymers. Round materials are used whenever possible to ensure proper hygiene.
