The HiTec BDS & SDS Systems are used and applied for dewatering and drying fresh delicate products such as baby leafs, salads and various types of vegetables. The advantage of the system is that the products are kept in optimum condition. The system is equipped with a mesh band of 2000 mu. The BDS is equipped with a parent walking belt. This ensures that the product is fed evenly and is continuously blown off at the output side, this upper section is equipped with different suction chambers sections. Dewatering/Drying till below 3% AW are possible!.
