The HiTec Air Water Cooker was specialy designed for this product for even and consting cooking of produce The products are conveyed through the machine via a partial submerged conveyor (Water level can be set in the programm) with heated water whilst the top is circulating hot air/steam. The result of this process is a product that looks appetising and has a great taste.
The total turn-key solution was carried out in cooperation together with our partner Foodtech in Norway. The HiTec processing line consist of complete system with custom conveyors, de-nesting, tray filling, cooking, packaging & freezing of produce with integrated complete control & software engineering with a user friendly HMI touch-screen. The robot tray handling completes the line.
