This line was one of our biggest projects yet, with a massive 14 meter pasteurizer/ Water Cooker followed by custom 40m chilling system which were specialy designed for this project for even and consting cooking & cooling of produce . The result of this process is a product that looks appetising and has a great taste with impecible result for our customer.
The total turn-key solution was carried out by HiTec Foodysystes the processing line consist of complete system with custom conveyors, cooking, chilling & handling of product integrated complete control & software engineering with a user friendly HMI touch-screen.
